For landlords who wish to have sanitation bills sent "in care of" their renter.
This form is used by landlords who wish to have the sewer service bill card sent “in care of” the renter to their address. In the event that the renter does not pay the bill, the owner is liable for the payments. Buena Vista Sanitation District will not be responsible for contacting the owner if the renter fails to pay.
