This application for a food truck permit. Food trucks must have a grease trap and connection that will be inspected by Buena Vista Sanitation District prior to commencement of operations. Connection will be to an existing clean out on private property.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Food trucks must have a grease trap and connection that will be inspected by Buena Vista Sanitation District prior to commencement of operations. 
2. Connection will be to an existing clean out on private property. The property owner must sign this permit application. The Buena Vista Sanitation District is not a party of any contract between the property owner and the owner of the food truck.
3. Pay an annual permit fee.
4. The owner of the food truck will comply with all Rules and Regulations of Buena Vista Sanitation District as they exist at the time of the permit and as they may be amended from time to time. No material shall be discharged in the Buena Vista Sanitation collection line that is not specifically authorized by the Rules and Regulations of Buena Vista Sanitation District. The Buena Vista Sanitation District may revoke this permit for violation of its Rules and Regulations.

PERMIT FEE

The annual permit is $350 from May 1 to April 30.
